How does it work?
Simple. You book online, we deliver to your location across Scotland, set everything up, and collect it when you’re done. Zero hassle.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Scotland. We offer delivery across the country – whether it’s your garden, a campsite, or a wild camping spot.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally one week, but we can accommodate bookings up to 2 days in advance if availability allows.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, Klarna, Clearpay, and Amazon Pay through our secure Stripe checkout.
What if the weathers terrible?
Our bell tents are waterproof and wind-resistant. If there’s an extreme weather warning, get in touch and we’ll work something out.
What happens if the tent is damaged?
If the tent or any equipment is damaged during your rental period, please contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and discuss the appropriate course of action. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
