What’s included in the hire?
A bell tent stay set up for you (and collected after), plus your chosen package: Just the Tent, Cosy Sleep Package (sleep setup for up to 4), or Full Comfort Bundle (sleep setup + Camp Kitchen Pack + Outdoor Comfort Pack). You’ll also get simple pre-trip guidance (what to bring / arrival info) and fix-it-fast supportduring your stay.
Where do you deliver?
Across Scotland. Delivery pricing is based on distance from Polmont (Falkirk): 0–30 miles free, then tiered zones up to 200 miles, with 201+ miles (and islands/far north) on a custom quote and minimum nights.
What if the weather turns?
If conditions change, you’ll have a clear “weather plan” and you can message us for support. If something isn’t right during your stay, we’ll fix it fast — and if you’re still not happy, you’re covered by our fix-it-fast + full refund guarantee. (For cancellations before arrival, your normal cancellation/deposit policy applies.)
