We offer three heavy-duty breathable cotton canvas bell tent sizes: 4M Bell Tent (ideal for couples or 1–3 guests), 5M Bell Tent (perfect for families of 4–6 guests), and 6M Cathedral Tent (ultra-spacious canvas palace for 7–8 guests or luxury bridal suites).

If you book 28 days or more in advance of your check-in date, you only pay a 50% booking deposit today, with the remaining balance due 28 days before arrival. For bookings made within 28 days of check-in, the full stay amount is paid at checkout. A refundable £200 security deposit is taken at checkout and automatically released within 48 hours following post-stay inspection.

Our heavy-duty 320gsm treated canvas tents are 100% waterproof and tested against Scottish rain and wind. However, if the Met Office issues a named amber or red storm warning for your booked dates and location, you qualify for free date rescheduling or a 100% full refund.

Yes. Customers should reserve their pitch directly with their chosen campsite or land manager. When configuring your booking with us, simply enter your campsite name or pitch number in the booking notes so our pitching crew can coordinate delivery and setup.

We offer three bedding tiers: 'DIY Sleeping' (free, bring your own sleeping bags), 'Essentials' (£25/guest, elevated comfort air frame mattresses), and 'Cosy Camping Luxury' (£35/guest, elevated air beds, hotel-quality duvets, fresh cotton linens, pillows, and extra cosy throws).

Yes! Our optional indoor wood-burning tent stoves include certified chimney flues, heatproof silicone flashing kits, fire-retardant hearth mats, and starter fuel baskets. All our canvas bell tents are fire-retardant treated to British safety standards (BS 7837).
