1. Booking & Payment Terms

Bookings made 28 days or more in advance require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure dates and equipment. The remaining 50% balance is due 28 days prior to the check-in date. For reservations made within 28 days of check-in, 100% payment is required upon booking.

2. Security Deposit Policy

A refundable £200.00 security deposit is taken at checkout. This covers accidental damage, missing inventory, or extreme soiling. The security deposit is automatically released to the original payment card within 48 hours of post-stay inspection.

3. Weather Guarantee & Cancellations

All canvas bell tents are fully waterproofed and storm-rated. In the event of an official Met Office Amber or Red severe weather warning for your booked location, you may reschedule free of charge or receive a 100% refund.

4. Campsite Permission & Pitch Access

Hirers are responsible for booking their chosen campsite pitch or securing landowner permission prior to our pitching team's arrival.

5. Care & Safety

Smoking, open unshielded candles, and unauthorized heating appliances are strictly prohibited inside bell tents. All stoves provided by The Cosy Canvas Co. must be operated according to provided safety instructions.
