The Cosy Canvas Co. collects essential personal information including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and campsite destination solely to manage your bell tent hire reservation, process secure payments, and coordinate delivery.
2. Payment Security
All card payments and security deposit authorizations are processed securely via Stripe using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store or view raw debit or credit card details on our servers.
3. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers directly involved in completing your booking (e.g. Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email receipts).
4. Your Rights (GDPR & UK DPA)
