What ages are the parties suitable for?
Perfect for kids aged 5-14, though younger and older kids enjoy them too!
Can you setup in my garden?
Yes! As long as you have a flat space, we’ll set up wherever works best for you.
What's included in a party package?
The bell tent with fairy lights and cosy seating. You can add movie night setups, gaming equipment, or extra sleep packs for sleepovers.
How many kids can fit in a tent?
Can adults use the tent too?
Of course! Adults can book the tents for their own celebrations and parents often set up a chill-out zone for themselves nearby, or join in the fun.
What's the deposit for?
You pay a 50% booking deposit to secure your date. We also take a £100 refundable security deposit to cover damage/loss, returned after collection if everything’s OK.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party (or in full if booking within 7 days).
Can we do a sleepover party?
Absolutely! We have have specific overnight and weekend packages. You can add additional memory foam sleep packs for extra guests to make the perfect sleepover setup
Do you provide entertainment?
We provide the space and optional movie/gaming setups. You bring the fun, games, and birthday magic!
How long can we keep the tent?
Party packages can be booked for a day, overnight, or a full weekend. Choose what works for your celebration.
What if it rains?
No problem! Our tents are fully waterproof. The party goes on, rain or shine.
Do you clean up?
We collect and pack down the tent. You’re responsible for removing any rubbish, decorations, or personal items before we arrive for collection.
Can I book for a park or public space?
You’ll need to check with your local council about permissions for public spaces. We’re happy to set up wherever you have approval.
What if we need to cancel or change the date?
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Your 50% booking deposit is non‑refundable because we reserve the date and turn away other bookings. If you give us at least 14 days’ notice, we’re happy to move your booking once to a new date within the next 3 months(subject to availability). Cancellations within 14 days aren’t eligible for reschedule. The £100 security deposit is always refunded as long as the booking doesn’t go ahead.
