Camping Stays

A bell tent stay set up for you (and collected after), plus your chosen package: Just the Tent, Cosy Sleep Package, or Full Cosy Bundle. You’ll also get simple pre-trip guidance (what to bring / arrival info) and fix-it-fast support during your stay.

The 4m bell tent sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. The 6m bell tent sleeps up to 6. If your group is bigger, we’d recommend booking a second tent rather than squeezing in — everyone sleeps better with space.

Yes, 2 nights minimum for all camping stays.

Just the Tent — you get the bell tent only, bring your own sleeping setup.

Cosy Sleep Package — includes the tent plus a full sleep setup for up to 4 people (air mattresses, bedding, pillows, blankets).

Full Comfort Bundle — everything in Cosy Sleep plus a Camp Kitchen Pack and Outdoor Comfort Pack so you’re fully kitted out.

Yes — the longer you stay, the more you save. 3–4 nights: 5% off. 5–6 nights: 10% off. 7–9 nights: 15% off. 10–13 nights: 20% off. 14+ nights: 25% off. Discounts are applied automatically in our price calculator on the homepage.

Yes — dogs are welcome on camping stays. We take a refundable £100 pet deposit per tent alongside the standard £200 security deposit. Just let us know when you enquire so we can note it on your booking.

Delivery & Setup

Two options.

DIY Setup — collect your tent from our base in Polmont and set up yourself, no extra charge.

Done For You — we deliver, set up, and collect everything for a flat £225 anywhere within 200 miles of Polmont.

Anywhere in Scotland within 200 miles of Polmont (Falkirk). That covers most of the country. For locations over 200 miles or islands/far north, we’ll provide a custom quote.

Done For You setup is a flat £225. This covers delivery, full setup, and collection at the end of your stay. DIY collection from Polmont is free.

We arrive before you and have everything ready. Setup takes around 2 hours per tent. By the time you arrive, your tent is up, your kit is laid out, and you just walk in.

Booking & Payment

Use the price calculator on our homepage to get your estimate, then fill in the enquiry form below it. We’ll confirm availability and your final quote within 24 hours.

50% is due when you confirm your booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. If you book within 6 weeks of your trip, full payment is taken upfront.

We accept all major cards, Klarna, Clearpay, and Amazon Pay via Stripe.

Yes, a refundable £200 security deposit is taken per tent, due 6 weeks before your stay. It’s returned within 5 working days after we’ve checked the equipment — as long as everything’s back safe and sound. If you’re bringing a pet, there’s an additional refundable £100 pet deposit. Both are separate from your booking payment and are always refundable regardless of cancellation.

We get it — plans change. If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your arrival date, you’ll receive a full refund. Between 2 and 6 weeks, we retain your 50% deposit. Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund is available as we’re unlikely to fill your dates. No-shows are non-refundable.

Weather & Safety

Scotland does what it wants — so we try our best to plan for it. We’ll share a quick weather plan before you arrive, and if anything isn’t right during your stay, message us and we’ll help fast. If we can’t put it right, you’re covered by our fix-it-fast + full refund guarantee. For cancellations before arrival, your normal cancellation/deposit policy applies.

Yes. Our bell tents are made from 100% cotton canvas with a zipped PVC groundsheet. They’re waterproof and wind-resistant — designed for Scottish weather.

Message us and we’ll sort it. That’s our fix-it-fast promise. If we can’t fix it, you get a full refund. No drama, no small print.

Kids Parties

Yes! We set up a bell tent at your chosen location — garden, campsite, or wherever works. You bring the decorations and the fun, we handle everything else. Sleepovers fit up to 6 kids (4m) or 8 kids (6m). Daytime parties fit up to 8 kids (4m) or 10 kids (6m).

Party pricing depends on the type of party and tent size:
 
Daytime Party — £200 (4m, up to 8 kids) / £250 (6m, up to 10 kids)
Sleepover — 1 Night — £300 (4m, up to 6 kids) / £400 (6m, up to 8 kids)
Weekend — 2 Nights — £450 (4m, up to 6 kids) / £650 (6m, up to 8 kids)
 
Add-ons: Kids Movie Night £80, Gaming Setup £100 (4 players, +£10 per extra up to 8).
