Custom quotes for every event
Simple from start to finish
Every event is different β location, number of tents, duration, and add-ons all affect the final price. That's why we don't publish a fixed price list for events. Fill in our enquiry form and we'll come back within 24 hours with a clear, no-obligation quote.
A refundable Β£200 security deposit per tent is required before your event. Payment terms follow our standard policy β 50% deposit on confirmation, balance due 6 weeks before your date.
Fix-it-fast + full refund guarantee
If anything isn't right at any point during your event, message us and we'll put it right as quickly as we can. If you're still not 100% happy, we'll give you a full refund β no questions asked.

How many tents can you provide for an event?
We currently have a small fleet of tents. For larger events requiring multiple tents, just let us know in your enquiry and we’ll confirm what’s available for your dates.Β
Can you set up anywhere in Scotland?
We deliver, setup and collect within 200 miles of Polmont for a flat fee. For locations beyond that β including islands and the far north β we’ll provide a custom quote.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for peak season (MayβSeptember). Popular dates fill quickly and we only take a limited number of bookings at a time.
Do you cater for weddings?
What's your cancellation policy for events?
6+ weeks before your date β full refund. 2β6 weeks β 50% deposit retained. Under 2 weeks β no refund.
Can I choose βNot sureβ and get a recommendation?
